Better Spent AI (“we,” “us”) helps small businesses review and improve repetitive work through practical automation. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or our Workflow Review form and how we handle it. We keep it short and plain because that's how it should be.

What we collect

When you submit the Better Spent AI Workflow Review form, we collect the information you enter, including your name, phone number, business name, email address, industry, team size, website if provided, and any workflow or tool details you share. If you complete the first step but not the second, we still receive the name and phone number entered so we can follow up.

We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics — page views and general traffic sources — through Vercel Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Files opened in Audit Station are analyzed locally in your browser and stored in local browser storage. Those files are not uploaded to Better Spent AI through Audit Station.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about the workflow review and services you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and reach you — for example, Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They only process your information to provide those services to us, not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to follow up and provide our services. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us. Email leadlockgrowth@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. If you'd rather not be contacted, tell us and we'll stop.
